4. Confidentiality

4.2 Data Security: Wise Business Consulting will take reasonable measures to safeguard your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for ensuring the security of any data or information you share with us.
5. Ownership of Work Product
5.1 Client Data: You retain ownership of all data, documents, and information you provide to Wise Business Consulting.
5.2 Work Product: Any work product, reports, or documents produced by Wise Business Consulting during the provision of Services will be owned by Wise Business Consulting, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In such cases, you may be responsible for paying any outstanding fees.
6.2 Termination for Cause: Wise Business Consulting may terminate the service agreement immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to fulfill your obligations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wise Business Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the provision of Services or any errors or omissions in the Services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
